About Us

Areopagus Ministries is focussed on equipping and nurturing Christian influencers, leaders and pastors to speak effectively and persuasively to our post-Christian culture. Founded over 30 years ago, Areopagus Ministries operates under the auspices of the Areopagus Trust (Registered Charity number 1020468) which was founded in 1993 to support the ministry of Richard and Ruth Cunningham.

I loved my time at Preaching Persuasively. I shared a talk I’d previously given on
“What would Jesus say to Greta Thunberg?” and the feedback I received - in
particular from Richard, whose critique was gracious yet devastatingly incisive - will
make it much better on its next outing. Although we worked quite hard, time at the
Mill feels like a holiday with mates, and Ruth’s cooking is amazing.
